Unface（以下「本サービス」）は、アップロードされた写真の顔を自動でぼかして返すサービスです。本ポリシーは、本サービスにおける個人情報および写真の取扱い方針を定めるものです。
第1条（個人情報）
本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律にいう個人情報、すなわち生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別できることとなるものを含みます）をいいます。
第2条（取得する情報と利用目的）
本サービスは、次の情報を取得します。
- アップロードされた元の写真
- 顔をぼかした加工後の写真
- 処理に必要な情報（ファイルの大きさ・形式、検出した顔の数、処理にかかった時間、匿名の利用セッションを表す識別子）
- 不正利用の防止と運用のための、接続元のIPアドレスおよび（推定される）国
- お問い合わせフォームにご入力いただいたお名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容
登録に必要となるお名前・メールアドレス等の情報は、お問い合わせをいただく場合を除き、原則として取得しません。
取得した情報は、次の目的のために利用します。
- 写真の顔をぼかして、お返しするため
- 後で結果を見返せるようにするため（今後提供する機能）
- 不具合の調査およびサービスの品質を維持するため
- 不正利用を防止するため
- お問い合わせに回答するため
第3条（Google Analytics等のアクセス解析）
本サービスは、利用状況を把握するため、個人を特定しないアクセス解析ツール（Google Analytics等）を利用することがあります。これにより収集する情報に、個人を特定するデータは含みません。Googleアナリティクスのオプトアウトアドオンを導入することで、この解析を無効にできます（https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout）。EU等、Cookieの利用に同意取得が求められる地域からアクセスされた場合は、ページに表示する同意用のバナーで同意をいただいたうえで解析を行います。同意をいただけない場合、解析のためのCookieは使用しません。
第4条（第三者提供）
本サービスは、法令に基づく場合など法令で認められる場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。お預かりした写真をAIの学習に利用することはなく、公開・販売その他の方法で第三者に提供することもありません。
第5条（取扱いの委託）
本サービスは、サービスの提供にあたり、取得した情報の取扱いの全部または一部を次の事業者に委託することがあります。
- Cloudflare, Inc. — ホスティング、ストレージ、CDN、画像処理
- Resend — お問い合わせメールの送信
- Google LLC — アクセス解析
委託にあたっては、委託先に対して適切な監督を行います。
第6条（安全管理措置）
お預かりした写真は非公開のストレージに保管し、本サービスの処理を通じてのみ読み書きします。外部から直接アクセスできないようにしています。ただし、情報をお預かりする以上、リスクを完全になくすことはできません。大切な写真は、お手元にも保存しておくことをおすすめします。
第7条（保存期間）
登録なしでご利用いただいた写真（元の写真および加工後の写真）は、アップロードから365日で自動的に削除します。あわせて記録した接続元のIPアドレスおよび国も、写真の削除と同時に消去します。
お問い合わせでいただいたお名前・メールアドレス・内容は、お問い合わせへの対応および記録のために保管します。
第8条（開示・訂正・削除等の請求）
取得した情報の開示、訂正、削除等をご希望の場合は、support@unface.net までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、対応いたします。保存期間の満了前であっても、写真の削除のご依頼をいただいた場合は、確認のうえ削除に応じます。
第9条（Cookie）
本サービスは、だれの写真かを結びつけ、利用回数の上限を管理するために、匿名のセッションを表すCookieを1つ使用します。このCookieに個人を特定する情報は含みません。解析のためのCookieの取扱いは、第3条のとおりです。
第10条（ポリシーの変更）
本サービスは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
第11条（お問い合わせ・苦情窓口）
写真の取扱いに関するご質問、不適切な画像・利用の通報、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情は、次の窓口までご連絡ください。

Unface (“the Service”) automatically blurs the faces in the photos you upload and returns them to you. This policy sets out how the Service handles personal information and photos.
Article 1 (Personal Information)
In this policy, “personal information” means personal information as defined in Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information — that is, information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in it (including information that can be readily compared with other information to identify a specific individual).
Article 2 (Information We Collect and Purposes of Use)
The Service collects the following information.
- The original photo you upload
- The processed photo with faces blurred
- Information needed for processing (file size and format, the number of faces detected, processing time, and an identifier for your anonymous session)
- The connecting IP address and (estimated) country, to prevent misuse and operate the Service
- The name, email address, and message content you provide through the contact form
Except when you contact us, we do not, in principle, collect information needed for registration, such as your name or email address.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- To blur the faces in your photo and return it to you
- To let you view the result again later (a feature we plan to offer)
- To investigate problems and maintain the quality of the Service
- To prevent misuse
- To respond to inquiries
Article 3 (Analytics Such as Google Analytics)
The Service may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that do not identify individuals, in order to understand how the Service is used. The information collected this way does not include data that identifies you personally. You can disable this analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). If you access the Service from the EU or another region where consent is required for the use of cookies, we will run analytics only after you consent through the banner shown on the page. If you do not consent, we will not use cookies for analytics.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
Except where required or otherwise permitted by law, the Service does not provide the information it collects to third parties. We do not use the photos we receive to train AI, and we do not publish, sell, or otherwise provide them to third parties.
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Handling)
To operate the Service, we may outsource all or part of the handling of the information we collect to the following providers.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, storage, CDN, and image processing
- Resend — sending contact-form emails
- Google LLC — analytics
We exercise appropriate oversight over any provider we outsource to.
Article 6 (Security Measures)
Photos we receive are kept in private storage and are read and written only through the Service’s own processing. They cannot be accessed directly from outside. That said, no storage can be entirely free of risk. We recommend keeping your important photos on your own device as well.
Article 7 (Retention Period)
Photos used without signing up (both the original and the processed photo) are automatically deleted 365 days after upload. The connecting IP address and country we recorded are erased at the same time the photo is deleted.
The name, email address, and message you provide through the contact form are retained to respond to and keep a record of your inquiry.
Article 8 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.)
If you would like to request disclosure, correction, deletion, or similar action regarding the information we hold, please contact us at support@unface.net. We will respond after confirming your identity. Even before the retention period ends, we will respond to requests to delete photos after confirmation.
Article 9 (Cookies)
The Service uses one cookie representing an anonymous session, in order to link photos to a user and manage usage limits. This cookie does not contain information that identifies you personally. Cookies used for analytics are handled as described in Article 3.
Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)
The Service may change this policy as needed. Any change takes effect once it is posted on this page.
